Starting your career

The type of cases we handle requires that we expect a lot from our employees. In addition to outstanding grades, we require business-fluent English. A PhD or an LL.M. degree is also welcome. And your personality should, of course, be convincing!

As an associate, you will receive thorough professional training in close cooperation with a partner. We expect our senior associates to not only deal with matters more independently but also to be able to build up their own networks of clients and contacts. The interim step of counsel is not required to become a partner. As a partner, you are responsible for building the financial foundations of the firm. Acquiring clients and managing and further developing matters, guiding and educating staff, enhancing the firm’s reputation – these are the tasks that need to be performed alongside daily client work. We will accompany you through all of these career steps with our talent management system.
